Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) from top university from various disciplines except Religious, Teacher Training, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health Sciences & Nursing.
- Min GPA of at least 3.01 (S1) or 3.20 (S2)
- Maximum age 26 years old
- Preficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
- Not married and willing to not get married during the MDP education.
- Willing to be placed in the BSM network throughout Indonesia.
- Active in the organization activities, both within and outside the campus
