- Fresh graduate
- Minimum GPA of 3.25
- Have a strong analytical skills
- Good looking
- Hard workers, creative, active
- Able to work under pressure and deadline
- Able to communicate well
- Ability to work individually or team
- Ability to work carefully
- Honestly, have a high desire to learn, and willing to accept input
