- Good looking (mandatory) and a good personality
- Minimum height 165 cm (Male), and 160 cm (Female)
- Minimum D3 or equivalent
- Maximum age 25 years old at initial selection
- Friendly, able to communicate well, and customer oriented
- Computer literate (minimum familiar with MS Office and Internet)
- Placements : Banjarmasin & Palangkaraya
