Position : Organization Development Specialist
Placement: Jakarta
Responsibilities
  1. Developing Organizational Charts company every year to accommodate the company considering the objectives of the organization and department
  2. Modify any changes in the database of employees (new hires, promotions, transfers, rotation, and resignation) to update the chart at all organizational chart
  3. Formulating and reviewing job descriptions and individual KPIs for each job in order
  4. Participate in the Performance Management system (proposed, review, prepare) and consolidate the results to be submitted to Superior for further proceedings.
  5. HR is involved in the project development / improvement
  6. Handle learning and development planning and implementation
Requirements
  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree Graduates
  2. 7 years minimum work experience in Organizational Development HR function
  3. Strong Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills
  4. Experienced in HR Planning & Organizing Events
  5. Having good communication & interpersonal skills
