Requirements

1. Max age 35 years old in 2014
2. Psychologist or a minimum of S2 Professional Psychology
3. GPA S1 and S2 min 3.51
4. At least 2 years of working experience as a psychologist in the field of industrial and organizational psychology
5. Understand and be able to use psychological tests
6. Familiar with information technology equipment (including internet access)
7. Have a high commitment
8. Able to work under pressure
9. Fast learner
10. Good personality
