- An undergraduate degree (S1) holder - age not older than 26 years or graduate degree (S2) holder - age not older than 29 years
- A strong achiever with GPA higher than 3.00
- A passionate individual with good interpersonal skill, savy organization experience, and distinctive leadership skill
