Senior Specialist - Purchasing

Requirements

1. University/college degree with 5 years experiences in the areas of purchasing, inventory control, warehouse and logistic.
2. Having knowledge of purchasing, custom, logistic warehousing principles and market places.
3. Good analytical and numerical skills.
4. Good planner, good people skills and organizing skills.
5. Able twork under pressure and possess creative thinking.
6. Possess qualification in Supply Chain areas from reputable organization such as Charter.
7. Institute of Purchasing and Supply or other international organization will be an advantage.

Specialist - Purchasing

Requirements

1. Graduate in Industrial Engineering field with more than 3 years’ experience in purchasing activities either within a project or mining industries.
2. Having knowledge of purchasing, customs, logistic warehousing principles and market place.
3. Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related tcommercial activities.
4. Skills in composing and review of contractual documents.
5. Technical knowledge related tthe services is a plus.
6. Negotiating skills in dealing with agreement matters, after sales services claims, and meetings.
7. Process mapping and facilitation skills.

Specialist - Procurement

Requirements

1. Graduate in Engineering, Transport & Procurement field with more than 3 years’ experience.
2. Tertiary education in Industrial Engineering/Transport from a reputable university Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related tcommercial activities.
3. Good knowledge of Organizational behavior.
4. Able tcoordinate all stakeholders in managing logistics matters.
5. Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related tcommercial activities.
6. Negotiating skills in dealing with logistics matters, claims, and meetings.
7. Process mapping and facilitation skills.

Specialist - General Training

Requirements

1. Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education or other related fields with a minimum of 3 years relevant in training and/ or human resource development.
2. Strong facilitation and presentation skills tconduct Leadership and Management Training programs.
3. Knowledge of principles and current approaches tGeneral Training and adult education techniques.
4. Excellent relationship management, time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

Specialist - Application System (ERP)

Requirements

1. Tertiary qualification (S1) in Information Technology, Commerce or others with 6 years’ experience in commercial computing environments encompassing integrated systems, PC knowledge, programming and business analysis.
2. Possess extensive experience and proven skills in IT management, preferably in the mining or oil and gas industry.
3. Knowledge of Ellipse or similar systems would be a distinct advantage.
4. It is desirable that the applicant possess a sound functional knowledge of the relevant Mincom Ellipse ERP modules (Finance Accounting, Operation Maintenance or Material Management).

Supervisor - Project (MECHANICAL)

Requirements

• Have good Mechanical Construction design analysis skills and must be able tcheck design results in at least twdifferent ways, with minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Ability twrite clear, concise, relevant reports – usually with detailed recommendations. Ideally these reports should be in English Language.

Coordinator - HSE & Project Control

Requirements

1. S1 with at least 3 years’ experience or D3 with at least 5 years’ experience.
2. Working experience for HSE management system and has experience exposing tproject management function.
3. Strong background in HSE and standard implementation.
4. Good interpersonal skills tliaise with personnel at all well from various departments / divisions and contractors.

Senior Engineer - Project Mechanical

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
2. More than 5 years plus of relevant industry/management experiences.
3. Extensive experience and proven skills in Mechanical Engineering/Construction s. Having experience in Mechanical Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous.
4. Having experience on Project Management i.e cost-time-quality management as well as skilled on project scheduling and budgeting control.
5. Ability twork with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators.
6. Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude tsolve technical difficulties.
7. Having good communication and leadership skill tencourage team for pursuing the project objective.
