Senior Recruitment Officer
Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ)

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelors Degree (S1) in Psychology/Law/any related disciplines
2. Having min 7 years of working experiences in Human Resource with min 3 year experience handling recruitment activities, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry and or in Consultancy or Headhunting services.
3. Having proper understanding in recruitment and selection management, RPTK management, job analysis, assessment center & psychological test, total remuneration program, and industrial relation.
4. Good knowledge in competency based and behavioral event interviews
5. Knowledgeable in contractual and manpower regulation (UU 13 year 2003)
6. Good command in English (verbal and written)
7. Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
