- Min Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering
- Max age 28 years old
- Fresh graduated of maximum 2 years of experience in same field
- Have a good leadership skill
- Able to work in a team and under pressure
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Willing to undergo a bond
- Willing to be stationed in all over Indonesia

- Communicative, friendly, high integrity, trustworthy, loyal
- Have principles, tenacious and hardworking
- Max age 28 years old
- Min Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management and Economics
- Min GPA 3.00 (PTN)
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate
- Love challenges
- Willing to undergo a management trainee program
- Willing to be stationed in all over Indonesia
