- Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
- Devoted to God Almighty
- Have high integrity of the Airlangga University (UNAIR)
- Maximum age of 30 years old
- Have never been imprisoned because of a felony
- Well-behaved
- Have a good health (physical and spiritual)
- Drugs free
- S2 Fishery Product Technology (THP) / Biotechnology with a minimum GPA of 3.50 (with S1 graduate of Fishery Product Technology, GPA min 3.00)
- S2 Aquaculture / Biotechnology with a minimum GPA of 3.50 (with S1 graduate of Aquaculture, GPA min 3.00)
