- Min S1 all faculty from accredited university (PTN/PTS) with min GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00)
- Maximum age of 30 years old (experienced in the field of marketing/account officer)
- Maximum age of 25 years olf (fresh graduated)

- Min D3 all faculty from accredited university (PTN/PTS) with min GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00)
- Maximum age of 30 years old (experienced in the field of marketing/funding officer)
- Maximum age of 25 years olf (fresh graduated)
- Good looking and have a wide networking
- Have dynamic personality and strong work motivation
- Have a good communication skill
- Willing to be stationed in Kanwil BRI Jakarta 2 (South Jakarta, Depok, Bogor, Cibinong, Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang, and Cikampek)
- Able to drive a motor vehicle and have driving license (SIM A and or SIM C)
