- Education minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from the Faculty of Economics (preferably majoring in Accounting), Law, Psychology, Engineering, Agriculture, Informatics Engineering, and MIPA of the PTN / PTS accredited A or B
- Minimum GPA
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) : minimum 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS)
- Master Degree (S2) : minimum 3.00 (PTN) and 3.25 (PTS)
- Maximum age
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) : maximum age 25 years old (not yet the 26th birthday on 1 April 2014)
- Master Degree (S2) : maximum age 28 years old (not yet the 29th birthday on 1 April 2014).
- Not married
- Domiciled in Jakarta and its surroundings (preferably residing in Greater Jakarta)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Copy of ID card, legalized copy of diploma and transcript, certificate and copy of birth certificate
- Full body color photos postcard size and photographs size 4 × 6
