- Hold minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 (scale 4.00)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English wiht minimum TOEFL score of 475 or minimum TOIEC score of 500
- Experience is not required
