Manager - Internal Audit

Requirements

1. S1 degree in Business Management / Accounting, Master degree (S2) is preferred
2. At least 10 years internal audit experience. Ideally in a large scale corporate environment covering operational, risk, assurance audits as well as audit work at a recognized senior level and exposure tthe oil, gas or mining industries
3. Managerial and supervisory experience
4. Have a good project management skills
5. Attention to detail together with analytical and problem solving skills
6. Hold professional/ expertise certification from recognized professional institution (such as Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditor)

Superintendent - Industrial Relations

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication
2. At least 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial relation
3. Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia.
4. Able to negotiation in conflict and pressure situation.
5. Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees

Senior Specialist - Contract

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mining or Engineering
2. At least 5 years of working experience in Mining or Engineering or Supply Chain with minimum 1-year experience in Contract
3. Have a good composing and review of contractual documents skills
4. Negation skills in dealing with contractual matters, claims and meetings

Senior Specialist - Purchasing

Requirements

1. University/college degree
2. At least 5 years of experience in the areas of purchasing, inventory control, warehouse and logistic.
3. Having knowledge of purchasing, custom, logistic warehousing principles and market places
4. Good analytical and numerical skills
5. Good planner, good people skills and organizing skills
6. Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking
7. Possess qualification in Supply Chain areas from reputable organization such as Charter
8. Institute of Purchasing and Supply or other international organization will be an advantage

Senior Engineer - Project Mechanical

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering
2. More than 5 years plus of relevant industry/ management experiences
3. Extensive experience and proven skills in Mechanical Engineering/ Construction s. Having experience in Mechanical Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous
4. Having experience on Project Management i.e. cost-time-quality management as well as skilled on project scheduling and budgeting control
5. Ability twork with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators
6. Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude tsolve technical difficulties

Officer Safety

Requirements

1. Minimum Senior High School with 7 years of experience or D3 with 3 years of experience in Operations or occupational health graduate
2. Have a strong mining operations knowledge and skills
3. Computer literacy for data management and data presentation
4. Good capability for analysis process
5. An understanding of Intelex System
6. Good knowledge of process of Risk Assessment, investigation, and audit
7. Good knowledge of hydrocarbon/waste management

Draftsman (Geology)

Requirements

1. Minimum Senior High School (SMA/STM)
2. At least 5 years of experience in drafting field generally and preferably in mining industry.
3. Familiar with Corel Draw, AutoCAD, MapInfsoftware
4. A sound and demonstrated knowledge of effective drafting and documentation layouts/ presentation formats
5. Ability taction technical drafting standards on small scales whilst appreciating the broader concerns/ issues
6. Have a good knowledge of statutory reporting requirements and regulations.
7. Detailed mindedness as well as a strong orientation tprovision of accurate, professional and quality reports, plans and documentation
8. A sound and demonstrated knowledge of effective drafting and documentation layouts/presentation formats

General Requirements

1. Good communication in both written and spoken English
2. Good interpersonal and organizational skills
3. Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
4. Computer literate (MS Office)
5. Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity
