- Bachelor Degree (S1) / Master Degree (S2) majoring in Accounting from leading university (accredited A) with minimum GPA 3.00
- Have Certificate Register Accountant (Passed PPAK)
- Have Brevet A and B
- Maximum age 40 years old per 31 March 2014
- Have TOEFL Internet Based Test (IBT) with score at least 80 or equivalent
- Experienced at big four International public accounting firm (Price Water House Cooper, Ernest & Young, Deloitte Toche Rohmatsu Limited and KPMG International) at least 3 years or at national accounting firm at least 4 years and or experienced as senior auditor or senior consultant advisor services at least 4 years
