Requirements

1. Indonesian Citizen (Male/Female)
2. Maximum age 45 years old as of 1 April 2014
3. Minimum ANT-III, preferably ANT-II and ANT-I
4. Experience as a captain on a ship with a sailing period of at least 3 years
5. Minimum height 160 cm
6. Not color blind and no glassess (soft lens)
7. Active in English
8. Having a certificate
9. Basic Safety Training (BST)
10. Advance Fire Fighting (AFF)
11. Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (SCRB)
12. Attach a statement letter on stamp duty Rp 6,000 (statement letter download here)

Document Required

1. Appplication letter and CV
2. Latets color photograph 4x6 cm (3 pieces, maximum of latest 6 months)
3. Legalized copies of academic certificate (SD, SLTP, SLTA, ANT-III/ANT-II/ANT-I)
4. Copies of identity (ID Card and KSK)
5. Legalized copy of sailor book
6. Copy of sailing time from harbormaster
7. Police Records (SKCK)
8. Working reference (if any)
9. Statement letter on stamp duty Rp 6,000
