All recruitment process will held at 4 areas, namely Semarang, Purwokerto, Yogyakarta and Palembang. Each participants are only allowed to follow the selection in 1 (one) selection area.

General Rquirements
- Education
- Undergraduate program (S1) : Electro Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- Diploma program (D3) : Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Design.
- Indonesian citizen (WNI).
- Maximum age per 30 April 2014:
- S1 : maximum age 35 years old.
- D3 : maximum age 30 years old.
- Minimum accreditation:
- S1 : from PTN / PTS accredited "A" on the date of graduation.
- D3 : from PTS accredited "A" and PTN accredited "B" on the date of graduation.
- GPA of at least 2.95
- Male, minimum height 160 cm.
- No ties directly work with other agencies including at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) .
- Good character as evidenced by a valid Police Records (SKCK).
- Never involved with drugs and or psychotropic.
- Not pierced and tattooed.
- Willing to be placed around the working area of the company.
