- Minimum S1 or S2 from any discipline with minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Maximum age is 26 years old for S1 or maximum 29 years for S2.
- Posses good marketing, strong business and financial analytics skill.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill.
- Willing to be placed at any BII branches in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua.
