Responsibilities
- Developing Organizational Charts company every year to accommodate the company considering the objectives of the organization and department
- Modify any changes in the database of employees (new hires, promotions, transfers, rotation, and resignation) to update the chart at all organizational chart
- Formulating and reviewing job descriptions and individual KPIs for each job in order
- Participate in the Performance Management system (proposed, review, prepare) and consolidate the results to be submitted to Superior for further proceedings.
- HR is involved in the project development / improvement
- Handle learning and development planning and implementation
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Graduates
- 7 years minimum work experience in Organizational Development HR function
- Strong Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills
- Experienced in HR Planning & Organizing Events
- Having good communication & interpersonal skills
