- Not color blind
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Maximum age of 26 years old (by February 28, 2014)Passed a series of selection test conducted by Indocement

- Diploma 3 (D3), with minimum GPA 2.75, majoring in:
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Not color blind
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Maximum age of 24 years old (by February 28, 2014)
- Passed a series of selection test conducted by Indocement
