- For S1 applicants are expected to at least 3 years experience in sugar mill (experienced as Chemicer, Masinis, Mill, Power Plant, Pan Man and Engineering Drafter)
- Min GPA 2.75 (PTN), 3.00 (PTS)
- The average value of diploma at least 7.00 (OPR)
- Due to the nature of the work, it takes Male
- Willing to take the test in Blora
- Not been convicted of a crime
- Not been dishonorably discharged from government/private agencies
- Statement letter (stamped Rp 6000) stating that all submitted documents are true
