Officer Development Program (ODP)
Location : troughout Indonesia

ODP BNI is a one-year training program of Bank BNI (in-class and in-service training). All ODP's participant  who pass the whole program will qualify to be permanent employees of Bank BNI and will be placed in all parts of Indonesia

General Requirements

1. Undergraduate program (S1) or Master program (S2) of top university, both local/overseas with minimum GPA : 2.75 PTN/ 3.00 PTS (scale 4), majoring in Agriculture, Forestry, Plantation, Fishery, Animal Husbandry, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Adimistration, and Law.
2. Maximum age :
• Undergraduate program (S1) : 26 years old.
• Master program (S2) : 28 years old.
3. Preficiency in the English language (written and verbal) and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
4. Take up the challenge, strong analytics and leadership skills
5. Having organizational experience, good computer and writing skills is an assets.
6. Willing to undergo bond and to be placed throughout Indonesia.
