Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Economy Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in Telco Company.
3. Have a good skill and knowledge of HR management, competency development, individual development planning.
4. Having experienced manage Technical skill training.
5. English literacy, spoken and written.
