- Male or Female, with maximum age 25 years old
- Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 majoring Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering (arus kuat/lemah), Chemical Engineering, Electronic Instrumentation (MIPA), Industrial Engineering
- A good team player
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta, Tangerang, dan Purwakarta
